Winter Storm Update

We're aware of the damage, displacements, frustrations, and stress many of our families across the state are facing. Our Nashville office was without power from Sunday morning until Friday afternoon and a few of our team are still waiting on restored power at home. We've been responding to telephone messages and emails remotely yet if you need additional resources, please see below:

    • If you need assistance with damage from the Jan 2026 Winter Storms, call the number above to ask for help. All services are free, but service is not guaranteed due to the overwhelming need. The hotline will remain open through February 13, 2026. We will connect you with volunteers from local relief organizations, community groups & faith communities who may be able to assist with:
      • cutting fallen trees
      • piling debris & garbage at curb
      • tarping roofs
      • mucking out
